BookPrinterGuy stands behind the quality of our work with a satisfaction guarantee on every completed repair. If you experience the same issue shortly after service, we will return to address it at no additional labor charge. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
What Qualifies for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if the same problem recurs shortly after our service and we are unable to resolve it, if we were unable to complete the repair as quoted, if a misdiagnosis led to an ineffective repair, or if you were charged for work not performed. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable when you decline the repair, as they compensate the technician for their time and travel.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@bookprinterguy.com or calling (562) 583-1990 during business hours. Provide your name, service date, location, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and schedule a follow-up assessment if needed. All refund requests are reviewed promptly and processed to the original payment method.
